- Child custody. The divorce process typically results in one person obtaining physical custody, with the other parent getting visitation. All of the details will be worked out during your divorce.
As you can see, divorce can help you finalize and formalize a variety of high-level details that are sure to impact your life in a number of ways.
If you’re on board with the idea that you need to work these things out, divorce may be the best way to move forward. Despite the many challenges, when everything is over and done with, you’ll realize you’re in a better spot.
