Khloe Kardashian's beau says no way to prenuptial agreement

For Florida couples of all financial circumstances, a prenuptial agreement can protect both financial status and future stability. Even so, rapper French Montana says he'll forgo a prenup should he end up marrying Khloe Kardashian, who he has dated on and off for some time.

The rapper was married previously, and the divorce was reportedly expensive. The divorce reportedly took two years to finalize and cost the rapper $2 million. Part of the divorce took place while Kardashian and Montana were seeing each other, though the couple supposedly broke things off in September.

Recent social media posts between Montana and Kardashian seem to indicate that the romance is back on. They included posts between the two regarding birthday wishes.

At one point during the romance, Montana was dealing with a custody case as part of his divorce. The couple reportedly finally came to an agreement regarding their 4-year-old son in October.

Montana isn't the only one with past marriage ties. Kardashian is still legally married to Lamar Odom, though she has filed for divorce from the basketball player. According to reports, French Montana stated he would avoid a future prenup because he's already gone through divorce and already paid someone money.

In reality, not having a prenup could result in even increased financial burdens in the event of a divorce. By signing a prenuptial agreement, individuals can cover themselves with some level of legal protection. Prenups aren't always fully binding, however, which is why it's important to understand the legalities involved. Most couples in Florida probably don't live the lives of celebrities, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't protect financial interests.
